Other uses: Use as a spice mix for burgers or meatballs at 1-2 tablespoons per 250g mince. Also great on Beef, venison, lamb and duck.
Suggestions: A great rub for Competition pork shoulder or pulled pork at home. Apply liberally to pork and marinate in the fridge, for 1 hour or overnight if possible.
