A rich, aromatic blend of spices that bring a great flavour to beef and game; it's especially good on beef ribs, duck and venison.
Suggestions: Apply liberally to larger cuts of meat and roast joints and leave to marinate in the fridge, for 1 hour or overnight if possible. Goes really well on Beef Short-ribs.
Other uses: Use as a spice mix for burgers or meatballs at 1-2 tablespoons per 250g mince. Also great on venison, duck and as a spice mix for chilli (add extra heat to taste).
